When you need remote assistance from me; you will be directed to click one of the links below to install the AnyDesk software.
*Click on the link and the file will be downloaded to your “DOWNLOADS” folder.
*Open the file.
*Install the program.
*Allow the program to make changes to your computer.

Remote support for Windows:
Option #1
Attended Remote Access installation: Most common. This installation will allow a one-time secure access to your device. You will need to provide me with the access numbers generated by the program. Once we are disconnected, I will not be able to reconnect to your device until you generate a new set of numbers and provide those numbers to me.
Option #2
Unattended Remote Access installation: Only choose this option if you would like to provide me with secure access to your computer at any time. This option is used for customers that will need regular connections or regular maintenance. You can remove access at any time by uninstalling AnyDesk from your programs.
